These terms apply to services provided by Pool Pals Pty Ltd (ABN 41 638 902 117) on the Gold Coast, Queensland. By booking a service or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we assess your pool on site. We will always confirm any change in scope or price with you before carrying out additional work.

Scheduling & access

For recurring services you nominate a schedule. You agree to provide safe access to the pool area (for example via a side gate or gate code). If we cannot access the pool on a scheduled visit, the visit may still be charged.

No lock-in contracts

Our recurring plans have no lock-in contract. You can pause, change frequency, or cancel with reasonable notice. Any work already performed remains payable.

Workmanship & guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific guarantees (such as green-pool recovery and equipment repair warranties) are described on the relevant service pages and confirmed in writing before work begins.

Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
